Poster submission
We invite the submission of posters to be presented in a poster session to be held on the first day of conference. Posters should be send in pdf format, A1, with a resolution of 300 dpi. Poster should include the conference heading. A text explaining the poster should be send (in English, pdf format, not exceeding two pages, formatted according with the conference template).
The deadline to submit a poster is 30 March 2012.

Posters will be peer-reviewed by the standing Scientific Committee. The acceptance notification will be the 10 April 2012.
At least one author of an accepted poster must register and pay the conference fee before 30 April 2012.
Posters will be printed and showed by the conference organization. Authors should present their research during the poster session. Posters and texts will be publish in the conference proceedings, in CD Rom with ISBN number. Conference participants will receive a copy of proceedings during the conference.

Call for abstracts
We invite the submission of abstracts for oral or paper presentations for consideration by the standing scientific committee.
Abstracts, in English language, should not exceeded 1500 characters, including spaces in Word (doc for Windows) format or in pdf (for Adobe Acrobat) format

The deadline for submission of abstracts is 5 January 2012.

Based on blind peer reviews, these may be accepted, conditionally accepted, or rejected.
Authors of accepted and conditionally accepted papers will be invited to submit full papers. These will again be peer-reviewed and will be selected for the oral session and publication, or only for the publication in the conference proceedings.
All the accepted articles will be published in the Conference DVD proceedings with an ISBN number. Participants will receive the proceedings at the conference.
Abstract Submission Requirements:
• 1. Abstracts must be original and have not been published or presented at any conferences
• 2. Language: English
• 3. Presentation title
• 4. Names of all the authors, organization, city, nation and contact information (e-mail)
• 5. Size: maximum of 1500 characters and no tables, figures and/or diagrams
• 6. Indicate if you wish to present the paper as an oral presentation
• 7. Indicate a topic number
